Ramallah – Bank of Palestine, in partnership with Augusta Victoria “Al-Mutlaa” Hospital, Juzoor for Health & Social Development, the Palestinian Ministry of Health, and the International Diabetes Federation, concluded the 2025 National Diabetes Awareness Campaign, launched under the theme “The Diabetes Journey… A Story of Awareness and Safety”, in observance of World Diabetes Day.

The campaign aimed to strengthen public awareness of the importance of diabetes prevention and early detection, and to promote healthy lifestyles that help reduce the spread of the disease and its complications.

The campaign, launched by the Bank and its partners, included a wide range of awareness, media, and field activities. These initiatives featured the dissemination of messages across social media platforms, the broadcast of radio spots, and the organization of health days in the West Bank governorates, particularly in Masafer Yatta, Jenin, Hebron, Ramallah, and Nablus. Medical advice was provided at the Ministry of Health directorates to help contain the disease and prevent complications.
